The Embody Your Light workshop series is all about coming together in community to explore deeper levels of body, mind, and spirit energy healing. Through this we build inner connection and feel the support of others on our healing journeys.

This month's offering is dedicated to healing our sacred womb space. The revival of divine feminine energy is palpable in our collective consciousness. In order to fully embody our yin or lunar energy, we must heal and nurture our personal centers of creation. Imbalances and traumas held in our sacral energy center can manifest in dysfunction, depression, and disease. Through cultivating deep connections and clarifying this part of our being we can release what no longer serves us, create deep energetic shifts, and open ourselves up to receive joy and passion for life.

During our time together, we will have a group discussion around common energetic blocks that we carry in the sacral chakra. I will guide you through a meditative journey to connect deeply to your own sacral energy.
You will experience an energy healing ritual combined with Reiki to help you integrate this profoundly healing process and restore your own life force in the sacral energy center.

For this virtual session I recommend you pick a quiet place where you will not be disturbed, and someplace where you can comfortably lay down. Brew your favorite herbal tea and have a journal, pen, and any meditation props that you love.
